RadEye DP6-SX
STS RadEye DP6 Smart Probe Simulated Smart Contamination Probe
The STS RadEye Simulation Probes consist of a simulated probe housing STS electronics and cable connector so that it will operate with a real Thermo RadEye SX Meter.
-
Key Features
• Probe available in 2 variants:
– Enlarged AP2 style probe
– Modified DP6 Probe
• Probe detects gas given off by STS simulant applied to surface to be monitored.
• The Smart Probe uniquely turns itself on when the instrument is switched on.
• Cross Contamination and decontamination easily demonstrated to Nuclear industry trainees.
• Contamination lasts at room temp for 1-2 hours but totally evaporates within 24 hours leaving the training area ready for the next exercise. -
